PETER MULHOLLAND

Over 25 years experience in full time real estate sales in Central North Toronto, Ontario.

Peter was born in Sarnia Ontario and moved to Toronto with his family when he was seventeen. When his family returned to Sarnia seven years later, Peter had already begun a successful career in Real Estate sales.

He started by concentrating on servicing the central NorthYork area in the mid 1980’s. With hard work and a commitment to his client’s needs, Peter has acquired a long list of satisfied and loyal clients all over Toronto.

Now in his 26th consecutive year of full-time real estate sales, he is very proud of his strong referral business, generated by those people who have passed along his name with positive recommendations.

Peter took keen interest in the Internet back in 1997 – before most of us had home computers.  He had the foresight to know that this new medium would play an integral part in the future of Real Estate.  He has created systems and marketing tools that allow Mulholland & Ross Listings to be widely exposed on the Internet.   He has been invited to speak at many Real Estate Industry seminars and workshops.

Peter has recently earned his Accreditation as a Senior Agent . These additional skills allow us to offer the additional services and skills that may be required when assisting the Mature home seller and/or buyer.

ORA ROSS

Over 22 years of full time real estate sales in Central North Toronto, Ontario.
Ora was born and raised in North York. After studying music in college, she worked in a busy advertising and corporate marketing firm.

Ora eventually chose a career in real estate because she wanted to work with people on a one-on-one basis. Her personal interest in assisting people with their real estate requirements has been the foundation from which she has built a successful career for over 20 years.
An extensive knowledge of Home Staging and Marketing as well as the skill of really listening to what people want have resulted in many happy and loyal clients.
With a natural gift for writing enticing advertisements and home descriptions, Ora works to make sure the Mulholland & Ross listings are the ones that buyers want to see.
Ora is an aggressive yet firm negotiator who takes her job of negotiating the best terms for her clients very seriously. Sellers can especially be assured that Ora is working towards the highest possible price and the best terms for you at all times!
