We’re all familiar with the health hazards of smoking and we have all quickly become accustomed to the No Smoking regulations through out Toronto and most of Canada.  In fact, most smokers will agree that the only place to enjoy a cigarette these days in the comfort of your own home.

When is the Best Time to Sell a Home in Toronto?

Some feel spring is always the best time, others will tell you summer or fall – funny how many assume that winter might be the worst time. 

We believe that the best time to sell your home…is when you’re ready.

Statistically, the average sale prices in the Greater Toronto Area tend to rise from March through to about July. In 2009 we witnessed sale prices dropping through spring yet rising from July right through winter and continuing to rise as we write this post.
